This blog is really a no nonsense approach to getting fit. Whether your goal is to gain weight, loose weight, get stronger or maintain your current fitness level you will find useful information here. As you may have already noticed I'm not selling anything on this site. I've been a fitness enthusiast my whole life and have spent many many hours reading, studying and practicing the things I have learned that work.
There are a lot of gimmicks and fad diets out there. Some may work for a while but most give you temporary results if any. If you were to only get one thing from this site, I would hope that it would be an understanding that fitness is really a lifestyle change. It's not a diet or workout routine. It's about understanding how to eat and exercise to be healthy.
